Shipping + Returns
What is your shipping policy?
Printing takes 5-6 business days for all works. Then it will be shipped via the customer's selected courier/priority status at check out. You will be notified when it it shipped and provided tracking information via email. All prints are shipped with an authenticity certificate and receipt.
Once the transaction is confirmed on the website, the handling process takes 3-4 business days. Shipping time will be determined by the courier/priority status selected at check out by the customer.
Customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of purchase amount.
Every original artwork is packed following the most rigorous guidelines to ensure the safety of each work.
Original artworks are shipped with the following documents: custom declaration (if necessary), instructions on how to unpack the work (if necessary), authenticity certificate, acquisition certificate, and receipt.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations?
We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt as long as the art is in brand new condition. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We will replace or refund you for any art that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer reach out to us through our contact form and return the art. If the art was indeed damaged or flawed by the shipper/carrier, we will replace it at no cost to you, if possible. Optionally, you may receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
We accept cancellations that are made before the order has been shipped. Cancellations are to be made via request through our contact form. Please include your name and order number in the request. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
